1 person in front of me, 1 hour wait. The banker was a really nice guy and super helpful- only reason giving 2 stars. your staffing manager should be smarter than having only 2 bankers work the day after Christmas. There’s no excuse for a 1 hour wait- several people left and i was the only one to actually wait it out because i had no choice.

Absolutely horrible experience!!! Opened up a checking acct earlier this week with an insurance check from me wrecking my vehicle. The woman told me when opening the acct money would be available Thursday which is how it always works. I stopped off at this branch today to pull the money out as I'm going vehicle shopping. The money was clearly available and there was never any issue when I opened he acct because the check was straight from my insurance company. These people made me stand in the lobby for 45 mins because they felt I was trying to commit fraud! It took me calling the original branch and telling them the situation before this Covington branch decided to give me my money! Never in my life have I felt so disrespected! They have no clue how to conduct themselves in a respectable manner or handle customers appropriately!! Now I'm considering closing the acct altogether.
