Joe has done all the work on my vehicles for the better part of 10 years, and I have never been disappointed. If any problems appear after he services the vehicle, he makes it right. I would never take my vehicles anywhere else.
On afternoon of the December 27, 2016 our water pump broke on our vehicle traveling from Virginia to San Antonio. I called around to different auto repair shops around the area and everyone kept saying it was getting close to closing and that they were full for the holidays except Joe at Northshore Automotive. He stayed later than he had planned to wait for us to arrive assured us it would be fixed in the morning. He got us back on the road the next morning. They are very friendly, dependable, understanding.

I do not have any complaints about Joe, every experience I've had at his shop has been positive and I've felt like he cared about my issues and getting me back on the road without any worries.
Worst place to get brake tag. They have issued me tag for November on December day.
I highly suggest Joe to everyone. He is a genuine guy who will do his best to take care of you. My work schedule (9 to 6) makes it hard to get mechanical work done but Joe has always worked with me on that by staying open later so I can come in after work.
