The Men's Wearhouse in Covington does not seem to know what they're doing. We rented a suit for a wedding in Birmingham and although we got fitted and ordered it through the Covington location, we asked for it to be sent to the B'ham store for pickup. They said that was fine, printed us off the receipts showing it was coming to B'ham, etc., but then didn't enter anything correctly and so the suit got sent to their location. Fortunately the Birmingham location was MUCH better and found us a correct suit in about 45 minutes, even altering it while we waited, since the wedding was that weekend and there was no time to ship the suit we actually ordered from Louisiana to Alabama. Thanks Birmingham! No thank you to the Covington location. If you do any business with them, make sure to double and triple check what they tell you and DON'T pay more than the deposit until you pick up your rental items.
Horrible customer service! Don't use this location. They don't know what they are doing and they don't help you.
This place has moved! It's in the same shopping center but it's right next to Regions Bank. I went in to get a simple measurement and it was done and super easy. Also didn't cost me anything. Walked into another place and the lady was going to charge me $5 for 10 seconds for her to give me a measurement on pants. Ridiculous!
Got my wedding tux there. The main thing I liked was that my groomsmen were scattered around and they could go to the locations near them for their rentals.
These guys know what they're doing. Sean Beard helped me and my groomsmen look incredible, for my wedding.
