I ordered a pizza from here tonight for my mother who is stranded at st Tammany hospital! They get there and then refuse to give it to her because she wasn't on my card that I used!!! Never ordering again!!
Only gave one star because I had to in order for review post. Never order from Covington La. location; worst service and food ever. Past several times I have ordered from this location my order was wrong and/or well over done. I have filed several complaints with corporate and nothing is ever done about it. I will never order Papa John's again. Domino's all the way from now on.
I wanted to order a pizza from Papa Johns last night, but got home too late to pick it up, so I decided to pay the extra an have it delivered. I called on my cell phone, and the woman who answered the phone wanted my full name, odd. When I gave her the address she said they can’t deliver to me, (even though I live ½ mile away). They said that I was marked as a business, and they can’t do “meet up’s.” They have to deliver to a residence, and they were showing that I was a business. I explained that I live on the property. This, so called, manager I was speaking to proceeded to called me a liar multiple times. "Liar" was her exact words, and hung up on me. I called back on my home phone. When I gave her the address again, she hung up on me again. I called back and offered to show her my driver’s license. She told me it was probably forged. At that point the driver walked into the store. She said that she would ask him what the deal was. John got on the phone and confirmed that he had delivered to me many times, and the there was not a problem. At that point I didn’t want their pizza anymore. I asked for the “manager’s” name. She got back on the phone but refused to give it to me. I will be calling their 800 number in the morning, and will never call Papa Johns again. They can keep their nasty pizza, and their incredibly rude people. I have to say, John, the driver, was very nice and courteous.
Terrible service, staff is rude. The delivery fee of $3.50 makes the total cost way to high and not worth the 1 hour wait to get my pizzas. I'll be going to domino's from now on.
