Ordered fries with my meal. They were cold and dried out. The best thing about the meal was the sauce. Disappointed with the quality of the meal:(
Wings taste great but my complaint was I had an online order of 100 wings for a party . Pick up time was 11:45am Halloween day I got there at 11:40 and had to wait till 12:10 for the wings to be done! So I asked for a coke while I waited . Charged me $3.50 for the Coke then when the wings finally came out the guy asked me you didn’t click ranch or blue cheese . Would you like some? I said yes I’ll take ranch please. He said well since you didn’t put it on your online order I’m going to have to charge you $.60 per cup.. I thought ranch came with it never mind just keep it!! At that point I wanted to take my $15 tip back and say here pay for my ranch with this!! But I didn’t and just walked out!!
Only because the food was tasty and the nice bartender Countney this bubs gets (4) I asked for ex crispy pita chips they were not and ex crispy chicken it was not
I have ordered from here for years and have been extremely disappointed in the service, especially to go orders. My work orders at least twice a month and it has never once been correct. Never sent with ranch or bleu cheese, even when you pay for them individually and there is barely ever any sauce on the actual wings. I have worked at a different location and dined at several different buffalo wild wings but never seen a restaurant with this consistent amount of issues. We will not be spending our money here anymore to not get the items we order.
This is the worst BWW I've ever been to. The portions were not correct and the service was bad. The medium size wings did not come on the trays they were supposed to and we had to wait on refills for our drinks. We ordered fried pickles and it wasn't even the right portion and waiter argued with us. We had 4 people at our table and we all ordered wings and all of the wings are supposed to come with celery every order. We did not have any celery but one tiny thing and we had to ask for more. The wings had hardly any sauce and we also have to ask for more. And the tables are our us have been sitting dirty for 30+ minutes now. The service sucks and I would not eat here and I will never eat here again.
