I really like how well kept the building is, the staff are willing to help and if they can't they will find somebody whom can. I come to this location often. Over all books are easy to find with the subject divided in sections. I like the variety of clearance available for adult books wish to see more children books in that section in the future. The regular children book section is extremely organized and makes it easy to find fiction books. The non fiction section is my childrens favorite area though. The teacher section is something I hope to see grow in the upcoming year. We love this store.

This place is amazing. What a gem! Too bad I have to go to the North Shore to locate this treasure. Amazing selection of books, CD's, vinyls (Yes they are still alive) and gifts. Well organized, great customer service and plenty of parking. Nice relaxation section in the very back of the store with several comfortable couches. Can't wait to cross the causeway again and find me some treasures...

I love the delightfully awkward staff and incredibly diverse selection of books and assorted nerddom. I've been able to snag great deals on gently used items. This is a great place to browse and perfect for last minute gifts.

Good place to go and shop. Filled with books, vinyl records, video games, and lots more! The workers are helpful and you can even trade in things for store credit or cash. Most of the stuff they sell here are decent. They even host events throughout the year. If you are looking for a cozy place and calm atmosphere. Look no further!

Yet I will knock down a star because of the lack of cleaning and regular maintenance of the bathrooms. The bathrooms are maintained as a whole but are lacking. The large quantity of stalls is beneficial though, I credit the business for that. As a suggestion of a mother with children and the fact that normally when we come into the business on busy days. I would suggest more baskets or maybe a hold shelf for books near the restroom. On average our family spends two or more hours at your location more than once a month and every time one or more of the children need to use the restroom meaning I have to place my books on the floor near the security scanner near the restrooms, a small hold shelf or table in that spot might be a good idea.

Have never had a good experience. Employees take in your high grade comics give you a purposeful low price then buy them for them selves. I've had them show me their personal "pull" boxes then refuse to sell to me a buying customer, on top of that they will horde key books for wizard world and refuse to sell to in store customers as well. They have lost my business and I hope yours as well.
