I went to see a certain movie after pre-ordering tickets online, and was told that they did not actually have the movie. Although I was unable to see the movie, the manager was very accomodating and professional about it, and gave me a refund without question, along with a movie pass. Great service, convenient location.
I watched Let There Be Light and thoroughly enjoyed it. They have many movie selections to choose from and they have this neat candy machine.
I am a regular customer and I never write reviews but I hope the owners invest more into solving this problem.
I couldn't be more disappointed in a movie theater. Didn't ever bother going into the place. Please fix your movie Times. No one is going to see a movie at 4:54 pm or 12pm
This place is so dirty and nasty I feel like I need a shower every time I leave ! It sinks in the theaters and its not just one there are several that we have been in that stink. Its so warm and humid that your pants are sticky and feel damp when you leave. The concessions are extremely expensive and dirty. They do not keep the butter or jalapenos stocked. They really need to get it together or shut down. And there are no student priced tickets.
The concession service great, temperature great, but soon as you walk into the designated theater you can smell mildew. It ruined the whole experience. I called for the manager and he came with a can of air freshener which he tried to alleviate the odor. It helped a bit but a 4 ounce can of freshener can not be enough.
