I was promised by the Covington store employee that a SW rep would be notified of my problem and I would be contacted by the rep ASAP. That was three weeks ago.
Called in the order. Picked it up 20 minutes later. Mario was very helpful
I called again yesterday and although I asked for the store manager, my call was given to the assistant manager. After a lengthly conversation with him, he said he would come to my home the following day after work around 3:15 to 3:30. He never showed up.

Multiple issues gone wrong with this store, due in part to poor management of this store. I have tried to deal with the issue with upper management and it seems that, they too, were ignored by the management of this store.When line employees belittle the upper management and line employees cannot do the simplest of tasks, one would wonder why Sherwin-Williams Corporate would not step in and straighten this store out. I could understand if I was asking for something that was impossible, but what seems to be impossible is for them to live up to their word and understand the pure fact is, when I push their product and convert customers from Benjamin Moore to their products, I would expect the one thing that I ask for...for which I pay for...it is called "service".
No one at the store has followed up or given my information to a SW rep. They simply do not care and I will not use Sherwin Williams paint in the future and I am going to get in touch with my builder to let him know how bad SW customer service is. I am also a real estate agent and I will let my fellow agents know about how I have been ignored.
New management, I highly advise visiting this site for all your painting needs!
I am having difficulties with my paint, both flat and semi-gloss, turning dark where ever it is touched by plastic.
