Wonderful Mandeville staff who have largely resolved my issues and pain over the past few months. I thoroughly recommend Dennis Romig and his staff! However, the billing and insurance people at RD's main office are a constant frustration! RD should provide any/all documentation or requests for addl appointments on my behalf -- that is what Blue Cross says! If my insurer is willing to pay for the treatment, why does RD impede it? Surely they can do better.
