I called back this morning and he got very angry on the phone with me and said he was "not interested in doing that" and to never call him again.
Used Dennis for three jobs, two hot water heaters and a bathroom toilet replacement. From my experience, this guys is extremely honest. We had another plumber give us an estimate for the first job that was $400+ more with all kinds of unnecessary work, Dennis came in and did it fast and for much less with a complete explanation of everything he did. Strongly recommend him.
HORRIBLE customer service!!! I called in 1 day ago asking for a second opinion on an inspection report and the guy gave me his email so I sent it over. After I sent it over, I called him back to simply confirm receipt and he replies, "well you gotta give me time to look at it!"..
