very relaxing apartments, and cool club house in the front. They have a pool table, flat screen TV with couches and kitchen area for parties or hanging out, and a gym area with the nice salt water pool in the back. Also had nice gas grills in the back by the pool. Great place for a starter family to live with kids etc.
Office staff is nice but there is no follow through. Too many people do not clean up after their dogs. There appears to be quite a bit of deferred maintenance.
Extremely poor construction! You can actually hear the flooring/plywood from apartments above shifting between each other when tenants walk. This company should be sued for fraud. The office is very well aware of the sound and construction issues and absolutely do not care.
Great location and staff. I stayed at Brookstone for 2 yrs without major issues with mgmt or residents. Work often led to arrive late nights and leave early mornings, I never experienced a safety issue. The pool and gas grill area are wonderful. The only two negatives I experienced were dumpster pile ups and residents not picking up after their dogs. Apts grounds never flooded unlike some nearby options.
Decent place. Quiet for the most part, but if you live near the people in 216 they are noisy and always fighting. The man is always yelling, they play music loud, and are on their porch causing noise every night. They think they are the only people who live here and have no respect for neighbors. Other than that the appliances are kinda cheap. I haven't experienced the rude staff, but that seems to be a common theme in the feedback. They also don't fix things for a long time. When they do fix things they leave ladders and tools laying around. If anyone wants to break in through your window, there is a really good chance maintenance left a ladder in the grass for them. For the price you pay to live here you would think they would be all over repairs, but they are not. They take way too long to fix things for what you pay to be here. There are much better apartments in the area if you are going to spend the kinda money they charge, you can do better in the area.
