I place an order for some graduation cupcakes a day in advance. They explained to me that they sell the regular cupcakes and I could buy the graduation kit to decorate it. When I went to pick up my order, I find out they didn't have any more graduation kits. I was very upset. However a lady, I believe is the owner, came and told me she could figure out something. She put a decoration on top the box. It's not 100% what I expected but I do appreciate her for not only apologize but to be able to present a solution. That is Customer service. The cupcakes awesome as always.
Very nice staff - great Bundt cakes in a variety of sizes. Not a lot of variety but enough to find something you would like. Only serves Bundy cakes and accessories.
I loving cooking and baking cakes I found out about this place and discovered that these bundt cakes are wonderful!!!! Love going there.
I love this place!!!! The cakes are awesome and the people are friendly and nice. I go there at least 3 times a week.
I can only say that I was very much happy with the service and quality I was given. I called on Friday morning and needed it the same day and it was thinking that I was not going to get it, they delivered. I went there and was given superb customer service. I must say, the praline pecan and I may have it backwards, was great and the white chocolate raspberry was awesome. Thanks guys
