Matt really went that extra mile to explain all of the options available to us and, walking us through the store to different recliners so we could experience each of the options. There was never any hard sell just friendly, informative conversation. We told him we would think about it and came back a week later and bought two.

I walked around the store for about 10 mins and no one came to greet or ask if we needed help! I was ready to purchase something today from this store but I had to take my money elsewhere.
