Great, no problem, I purchased a complete living area set. Pam Ridgeline and Susan Boetcher helped in the sale of the furniture. They are great associates and know all of the details that I had questions about. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone.
Horrible delivery service. I am a commercial driver so knew to tell them our house was remote. They set appointment for delivery came out but their commercial driver was afraid to navigate our driveway so instead of calling us drove away. After they missed apt by 2 hours we started calling it wasn't until 5 hours after missing appointment before they finally called. The stupid part we could have taken our truck up to the top of the driveway if the driver had called and told us he was scared. They were supposed to schedule a new apt after a week of not hearing from them we called them back to schedule apt the soonest they could do is July 11, 2017. This irritated my husband because that is more than a month past purchase day. So he said we wanted our money back rooms to go said any store can handle that and hung up on him. We are going to the Covington store where we made our purchase to get their take on this situation.
I had been in the store for over 15 minutes without service. I had to call the store while standing in the store to ask for assistance.

I asked to be called one hour prior to delivery. I was called when they were in the driveway. They said they’d wait. That didn’t happen. They left. I called the driver three times, no answer. I called customer service and they were absolutely no help. They could not give me any information. I waited for over an hour for them, still no answer or driver.
