As my brother and I approached the register, a female Lowe's employee encouraged us to use the self-checkout lane. The employee closely monitored my brother as he scanned two boxes of 60 watt light bulbs. Then, she asked to check his receipt and his bag.
As this occurred, another shopper was checking out his items nearby. He placed his items in an unmarked brown box and walked out of the store. He was neither stopped nor was his box checked.
The employees are helpful and very knowledgeable the store is very clean and well-organized if you can't find it on your own all you have to do is ask one of the employees and they will find it for you
Easy returns. Easy to find help in the store. My only issue is that prices are always a little bit higher than Home Depot. Otherwise I'd always come here.
Had over 50 boards to load into my truck no help from workers. Workers moving 2 empty carts. 2 workers standing talking. Need help in Lowe's good luck !!
In all, this store is nice, but the people that make this door are not knowledgeable whatsoever. Temperature killer, the cashier, not to be named, is very rude and cold. She does not seem to like people and it is clearly evident. I believe she needs to go back through some sort of training process, as she does not listen to customers. I try to return an item I purchased that I no longer need it, but I lost my receipt, so I would like on my phone number that is used to look up the item in question for a return. Needless to say this woman refused to put my phone number in and I was unable to get the $150 cash back that I needed, and was given a store credit. To me, this is unacceptable because she did not take my phone number as I gave it to her. The manager did little to help Ren or the situation either. I will make sure I visit Home Depot rather than Lowes of Covington also, I would love for the manager to actually call me back to rectify the situation, or the district manager!
This treatment made both my brother and I uncomfortable. Upon contacting management, I was assured that the video would be watched and that the employee would be corrected.
