Sold me a ‘13 Odyssey. Didn’t realize until purchased and drove on the highway, that front rotors were totally shot. When I applied brakes, steering wheel and car had terrible vibration. This was despite being charged a vechile reconditioning fee. Make sure you have used vehicles inspected by an independent mechanic...and DO NOT trust these guys. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
The 5 stars is for the sales rep Janelle Baranco. She was very pleasant to deal with and listened to what I was interested in. She took the time to walk with me in the lot on a cold and rainy night. I would recommend anyone to go see Janelle about purchasing their next vehicle.

I bought a car here a few months ago. I spent 27,000 on a brand new Honda and it drove great for 13000 miles and then......crack! out of nowhere the car stops working..brought it in after I was promised that the service department would look into it and take care of me....I've been here since 9:30 a.m. it is now 1:34 p.m. and I'm being told a rod was blown and they are now refusing to put me in a rental or replacement even though my car only has 13000 miles on it..I have a 72 month warranty or 75000 miles on the vehicle(whichever comes first) yet I'm nowhere near either...I just don't understand especially since this car is brand new and the motor blowing isn't my fault
