My dad passed away 4 days after being transferred to this facility. We were very disappointed from the beginning in the management, staff and facilities. The insurance sent him here, further away from his home rather than the closer facilities because they negotiated a better deal. Don't let your loved one go here.
This place is a joke. This facility is responsible for my wife breaking her ankle in two places. We are planning on sueing them,because of there neglect. There were two snakes in her room 303 which she was assigned to. The CEO is a arrogant jerk, as well as the director of admissions. They are all about the money. My wife was there three different times. All three times, we were treated bad. My advice is don"t put your loved through the misery. They should not be in business. The kitchen staff are useless. All they do is sit around and gossip instead of working. The meals are always late being served. I will never go there again. Thank you for reading the truth. Fred L. Cambas,Sr.
My dad was a patient at the specialty hospital and he got very good care. The nurses and support staff were helpful and attentive. The medical services he received there were as good or better than any he received elsewhere.
