Great service from the charming waitress. She had a wonderful personality with a great sense of humor. Food came out promptly. And when an incident occurred she handled it perfectly along with the professional manager. I don’t go to chili’s often but I will frequent this one now. Great job!
Update: chili's has had an overhaul with staff and training (everyone included) and it shows. They are much better with their speed of delivery and quality of food. On their way to 5 stars. Very satisfied last time.
I like the new menu more than the old one. Our waitress was great, and it was the only place in the area with a wait less than 30 minutes that had the LSU game on.
Typically crowded. Good experience here (sometimes)
Queso was kinda lukewarm and the water was kinda nasty. Brita filter might need changing. But great service!
The food at chilli's is great each and every occasion I go to one of their locations. My only complain on this instance is the floor. The floor was so slippery that you had to walk very slow other wise you would run the chance of ending on the floor yourself.
