The staff are friendly and do everything with a smile, they don't do things right though. The cashier gets buttons mixed up on food orders for anything other than pizza and the kitchen staff leave items out and you have to go back and let them know they forgot one of the ordered items. The machines are well maintained and the place is clean though :) so kudos for a safe and clean kid friendly environment
This place is the absolute worst!!!! Went a few days back. The entire staff was inconsiderate of my questions and needs. Specifically two girls working parties (not sure of names) one with reddish orange hair and other with brown-- weren't thorough in helping me get the game attendant to come fix my game. Pizza took forever and when alorrah brought it, it didn't seem cooked right. Super greasy food! Best part had to be the kid check woman. And also kudos to Jessica for being fabulous and taking the best care of our needs.
Descent play area. Don't allow your kids 2 eat the food here, it's horrific! Frozen! I'm Not paying top dollar 4 a frozen disgusting pizza. The Birthday Cake is worst I've ever eaten in my life... Really Not edible!
Lucky for them the kids enjoy the games. The staff is young and never available to help. They need experienced management that cares about service, because it's not cheap to spend an afternoon there.
Chuck E. doesn't come out on time. Or doesn't come out at all. 4 times Chuck e never came out on 4 different days. The games are always broke or takes your play points away when the machine is broke. Then you have to find the workers. One time I went to the front and said the machine is broken and she said,"you can find the maintenance guy on the floor somewhere " well he wasn't on the floor. When he does come out hardly ever throws the tickets for the ticket splash. Just walks in a circle waving. The pizza is horrible and over price. Now I just go to sams right by here and buy a large pizza,cheese sticks ,litter of Coke and cookies. For $14 and then I spend little money on the game cards. Because if you get a pizza here it's like $30 for a rubber texture. One time I did have a problem and the manager gave me a 500 ticket count. So that's the only thing I liked on there part for messing up big time. I wouldn't even go here but I have tons of play cards from my kids and they like to play the games.
