This place is amazing and the doctor is very knowledgeable
On a side note one of their employees by the name if Christina was acting in a threatening manner by doing research on me on LinkedIn. She probably does realize that when you do research on someone on that site, that person is notified.
The other dogs I had in the plans were poorly treated as well. When my last Dog died after being a customer for 13 years, they told me that i would have to pay for an additional 3 months. Despite my past problems I was hoping things would be different. I guess not.
They tell you one price when bringing in your pet and then after they perform the treatment they tell you it will cost a lot more. If you refuse to pay that amount they threaten to attack your credit and call the police if you complain. I even brought in a recording of the vet promising a certain amount and they still charged more and didn't want to listen to it. They told me over the phone that my plan would cost $34 monthly and would remain this way until the dog was an adult at which I might go down because the dogs weight would most likely remain consistent. This was all recorded and I offered to show them. However when I got there they said that the plan would cost $40 monthly or would only be valid for 6 months and they them denied saying it would last until adulthood.
Convenience...pricey
