I had a question about products for a specific issue. I stopped an employee hoping he could help, but I was doubtful. Well, he was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I was so thankful.
Employees seemed knowledgeable whn answering questions..only to find out the answers were incorrect per the vets that we contacted. If not sure, plz don't give wrong info or simple guesses.
