Prices are typical (high) but they do an excellent job with the dogs. On pure veterinary ability, I give 5 stars. When Rusty's there, I give 5 starts because the price seems lower. In any case, their prices aren't any higher than any other local vets, and they take great care of the dogs.
They are amazing here. My dog ate a 1" piece of glass and not only did they take amazing care of him they also did the surgery after hours to make sure that he was take care of. That's the kind of service that has me and everyone else being a loyal customer for 15 to 20 years. I don't care where you go you won't get better service or care for your animal.
I just wish they offered 24/7 emergency care. This area needs competition.
The staff is extremely polite and caring. We have been there multiple times, both with and with out an appointment. Every time the doctors have been extremely nice and caring. They always took their time to thoroughly explain everything and allowed us to ask any question we had. We never felt rushed or that we left with unanswered question. I would highly recommend them to anyone that considers their pets part of their family.
Dr. Katie Maher went out of her way, above and beyond, to not only help us, but show true concern for our dog's needs. I couldn't say thank you enough times. It is nice to know that there are people out there who still care about their profession and treat it as more than just a job. A wonderful place!
