They need a faster turn over rate. I blame upper management for allowing this.
Have attempted to work with this store for several years on options for faster internet in our location directly across parking lot in Pinnacle shopping center. Every service that AT&T has provided has underperformed for our needs. This store has done even less to help us solve our issues then the customer service line I have spent hours on. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
45-65 minuets to buy a pre-paid phone.
1 star because 0 isnt an option. I come here only for a phone charger. I've had to come 3 times cause every month the charger they sell me stops working. And every single time I come I have an hour wait to just buy or exchange a charger. They even pay someone to take your name at the door and do nothing else. They can't help the people that are just sitting waiting around. If you are the manager of this store contact me and I'll give y'all some tips on customer service

Are much faster customer service , don’t know about T-mobile.
They take to long with each customer. They Lollygag and cut up while a line of customers wait.
Went here to upgrade phone and see about getting a new tablet for my daughter. Sales associate was rude from the moment we started asking questions (we asked if att was offering any deals similar to deals currently offered by Verizon, after this she acted totally put out and arrogant ) We left and got great service at store on hwy 190 which was filled with people patiently waiting to get good service compared to only two people in this store. Will never return.
