I frequent the store in Slidell and am impressed with the customer service. The employees on the floor reached out to customers in a helpful and not invasive way. I felt comfortable to ask for help after I told them I was all set.
Needs a crash course in customer service and observing potential customers. I walked past 4 associates and nothing... At the best buy in Austin Texas. I wouldn't have walked through the door without being asked may I help you? And yes through the door.. not wandering the store aimlessly. But I found what I was looking for...
The store had a great selection, great price on the inkjet printer I was looking for but the display did not have the right printer under the sign, so it took a few minutes to find the model I wanted. Also, I wanted advise about which printer to buy but there wasn't anyone in the printer department to help me.
Great experience. Troy in TV's was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant in educating us on choosing the right television and sound solution. If you have television questions, he is definitely who you need to see. We'll certainly be back.
Yikes. I stood around for about an hour and was ignored by multiple employees. I was trying to buy an apple iPad but needed more info about it. Had to chase around multiple employees for this info, all telling me they'd "get someone" and scurrying off. Except for one guy who, unfortunately couldn't answer my questions anyway. Eventually I knocked on the back room door which is where all the employees where hiding out. I was told someone would "help me in a second" lol and abandoned again. After standing there, with these people watching me stand there, I eventually just grabbed the other items I needed and left. I hate writing bad reviews, but I was pissed. I went in there feeling good with money to spend but, left really flustered and dissatisfied. Terrible customer service and blatantly just ignoring customers. Oh well. I'll order on Amazon.
