So the owner and the manager have called me repeatedly to repair my phone. I have had multiple family members in the hospital so haven't gotten to have the repair done. I have been impressed with them willing to work with me and the speedy response I got after I posted my complaint.
All in all I recommend them highly if you want an honest and expert repair.
I have used this company several times for phone repairs. Great customer service and every time I've been there, same day service! one time a repair didn't fix the issue. Went back a few weeks later and they refunded me my money - no questions asked.
I've gone to them several times now and each time they give me the honest truth and do not try to overcharge me in anyway shape or form. For instance today I dropped my phone in a lot of water. I left in a bag of rice but turned it on and it turned right back off. Long story short they took it apart worked their magic and it turned on. Free of charge. He even gave me expert advice that the (insert computer term) is probably going to go out soon and you need to back up your phone asap. Went to the one in Hammond before and they are awful.

I had my phone screen replaced and within a week it fell off! I was out of town so just stuck it in my luggage. Took the phone in and it was not covered by their warranty due to cracks that happened after it had fallen off. They couldn't even reattach it for me! They were kind enough to offer a discount but after you pay them 200.00 plus to fix it and they screw it up why would you pay them again? I would not recommend them to anyone. Learned my lesson the hard way. Go to the Apple Store!
