I never do review's but I've had it with the Tire and service dept at the Covington location. Don't buy tires here and if you do, Do not buy the lifetime balance and rotation. This is my 6th attempt to simply have my tires rotated in a timely manner. Im currently sitting patiently on hour 2. Just have it done elsewhere and spare yourself the misery of having to deal with incompetence at its finest. Appointments are not honored and the time it takes for the technically challenged "technicians" to simply rotate tires is pitiful. I've seen small children in 3rd world countries change tires faster than these guys and they act as if your an inconvenience to there day. It feels as though the poor performance is by design so that you just go somewhere else. This should take 30 mins tops. Hey "sams" , hire one guy who is a workhorse and a leader to set the example in each of your depts and pay them 2x the others or go to a commission based system. The more work you do the more you get paid. Something has got to give.
Check out lady was very pleasant and we found everything we needed except Hunts tomato sauce. Y'all have the diced Hunts tomatoes but not the sauce. My husband won't eat any other brand. :-\
Very good service from Mr. Cory at the mobile phone desk this afternoon at Sams club Covington, La. He was polite and well informed on all makes of the phones and the service plans. We purchased an iPhone 8, same plan, got a $300.00 gift card, and checked out in less than 30 minutes.
sick and tired of paying for people to treat me poorly. Need to get better people to work here. If you can't be nice and helpful DO NOT take a darn job working with people!!!!!
Even if I hadn’t moved to the area, I’d rather this Sams over the ones in Kenner and Metairie. It’s very well organized and there usually aren’t children running free in the aisles. They keep a great variety of items in stock. I love the flow of this store with all frozen foods blocked off at the back. The only issue I had with this store is the disgusting sushi. It’s horrible. They seem to have just started it on a regular basis so there are kinks. I’ll try it again in a few months. The free samples are a good reason to go to Sams on a weekend.
