I have been going to this Sprint store for all my cell phone needs for 8 years. I have always got excellent service and technical support from them. I give them a 10 out of 10.
This place has great employees and service. Super fast super professional. If you need anything not only do they know how to take care of it they also will do it really fast
Overall great service, even though the sales lady had a bad attitude her associate is the best. NICK went above and beyond to help me with a very frustrating situation! Great service, go to Nick he's the best hands down, he will go out of his way to help you with anything you need. So impressed by Nick, he should get a promotion and the lady should be in the back doing inventory were she can't get an attitude.
I am at loss of words. The sales girl lied about switching plans from Verizon. We spent 4 hours at the store dealing with switching. Then we had to return multiple times to sort out phone issues. The girl did not know how to take information of my lg5 and put on lgv20. I did that myself. Told we would get credits and such and did not need to do a thing. We find out we have to claim credits an such. Told we had to spend an extra credit in the store getting things we did not need.Turns out they deduct that off your buyout from other carrier. Complained to manager, she said talk to customer service. Spent two hours talkijg with customwr service to be told the manager has to escalate the issue. Call manager and she tells us too bad, that's the way it is. No apology for her employee lying to us about switching or what to do. Seriously do not usw this store, very rude and not helpful. All she needed to do was file a diaputw about this charge and did not want to do that. We have filed a formal complaint against her over this and seeing if our original carrier can dissolve this and go back to original carrier.
Gabrielle was awesome. She made upgrading easy and painless. This is not the first time my family has had the pleasure of dealing with Gabrielle. Each time she was very personable and easy to talk to. She made the experience very enjoyable. While waiting for everything to be completed she engaged in conversation and got to know my family and even involed our daughter in the conversation. We plan on going back to her for our next upgrade in a couple of months.
