Wish i would have gone here first it would have saved me a lot of time. After the first two stores looking at me like i was crazy for expecting the item to be in stock. The lady was knowledgeable and they had the refrigerator delivered to me the next day.
I am so thankful to have gone to this location to purchase my daughters twin mattresses. The staff was great to work with and extremely polite. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that ask.
I Purchased a Refrigerator & a Freezer from A-1 about 2 years ago and did not have the best experience. Fast forward 2 years later.... I called today to see if my freezer was still under warranty (I believed I had purchased an extended warranty) and the man that answered the phone cut me off before I could finish talking and sputtered out an 1-800 phone number. I called the number, but my info was not pulling up so i was told to call the store back to verify what name and address it was under, or see if they had a copy of my receipt... The same RUDE man answered the phone and told me again to call the 1-800 number, and they do not keep any receipts in the store, but even if they did, he DID NOT and WOULD NOT look up anything for me.
Excellent service. I commend Al for being professional, knowledgeable and timely in his response. Great experience while selecting my appliances for a new construction home and again when adding a guest house. Thank you for all of your help!
Had a window A/C for less than 30 days and it quit working.. Tried numerous phone calls, over several days, with no success. They have to get "authorization", which will take another week, for a simple $200 unit. In the meantime I can just go without the A/C pending "authorization". What a crock!!!!!!
You cant talk sense to stupid, so I hung up.
