Great customer service. Felt very welcomed when we checked in. Rooms are clean and in good condition. We'd definitely stay there again!
We stayed here for 3 says n 2 night. This place was very nice, clean, and very kind. It was awesome. I had a group of 10 young ladies and they all had a blast. Love it would stay here again. They only thing they didn't make clear at first was breakfast was not free.
Parking tends to get difficult at night, rooms are getting worn--both consequences of the hotel's high occupancy rate. If you need to be in Mandeville for work, this is an acceptable place to sleep while you do it.
I would go to a motel rather than considering this place. Our company booked a stay for us at this hotel. at my arrival, they asked me for my ID and placed a hold on my credit card. even though it was already taken care by the company. I Though they did that for everyone, they truth was that they only asked the one of us who were not white. at night some of my colleges sat at the bar and were completely ignored when another white college sat, she got the attention right away. Breakfast was supposed to be at 7 AM. they did not serve it until 10 because the cook got mad and left. I will make sure next time we go to a different place
Mold in alot of the rooms behind the walls in the rooms. The smell of it is strong. The bar sinks are always stopped up, a real serious plumbing problem. I was informed The office supervisor also does drugs, the kind for your nose. Very unorganized. Very disappointed.
