Was quoted one price, but paid more. Delivery slow, had damage and has taken a month and still haven't resolved problem. Worse buying experience. Would not buy from them again. Will tell all friends and family to buy from some other store.
Helpful sales staff that weren't pushy at all. Seemed to genuinely want to help you find the best mattress for your budget.
Mattress is great and we received a discount on the bedding we purchased with the mattress. However one of the pillows I was sold gives me horrible neck cramps and pain. I spent over $4,000 dollars at the store and had problems with this $100 dollar pillow... I was told I'm S.O.L basically, which sucks. Now I'll have to spend more money to get a pillow to enjoy with my new bed.
Went to multiple mattress stores on the Northshore, to make sure I got the best deal. Mattress direct had the best warranty, return policy, free bedding with purchases, and free delivery. Also sales reps were the most friendly, and honest. I highly recommend checking out this place!
