Very clean and rooms are quiet. Staff is friendly. Has a Starbucks and a small Market in the lobby. Heated pool with lots of towels.
I expected suite/bathrooms to be nicer or newer. Needs a little maintenance. Courtyard is nice. Has indoor pool. Close to Starbucks. Beds are comfortable. Price wasn't bad for a suite.
Stayed for 1 night and experienced great service. Even got the check out hours extended by an hour which was nice of them and helped quite a bit. Room was nice, clean, and well priced.
From check in to checkout our experience was 5 ⭐️. The hotel staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and in a happy mood with smiling faces. The indoor pool was great and the hot tub was perfect. The pool and hot tub area was never crowded and the hotel provided towels so you didn't have to use your room towels. They changed the sheets and gave us fresh towels and bath cloths upon request. The room was exceptional clean. I checked the sheets and bed linens when we checked in, with a UV light and we had fresh clean sheets and bedding. The a/c worked great, a little too great it actually got freezing. We will stay here every time we come to Mandeville, LA which is pretty often. This is a great affordable option and you won't regret your stay here.
We stayed here for two night in October. The rooms were quiet, clean and the rates were fine, but the smell of mildew was overpowering. Wow. While we did not complain about the thick, musty smell in our room, we did hear another guest make the same observation about their room to the front desk. We probably would not use this hotel again.
